What's up, Blogosphere?!

Part of me feels somewhat silly starting a blog. I feel like it is kind of a generic college girl move BUT the reason that I have decided to create this is solely for the purpose of saving memories. I recently heard of a company that can print out all your blog posts into a hard bound book, between that and an upcoming study abroad in England I wanted to create a space where I can write about the happenings of my day to day while also serving the purpose of keeping my family up to date!

An Introduction:

Hello, my name is Mackenzie. I am a college student at Utah Valley University who loves to spend time with my family and friends, watch The Vampire Diaries & Gossip Girl, Swim, eat sweet treats and travel. I want to embark on all the adventures that life has to offer. I also sort of feel like Peyton Sawyer (One Tree Hill) with her web cam so that's kind of awesome!

To say I am excited for some of the things I have coming up in my life is an understatement, and like I said above, read this or don't, I don't care but I'm happy to have a place where my family and friends can catch up with me!
